  1. Blend tomatoes,pepper and shombo with onions,steam to lessen water(puree),set aside
  2. Heat up oil to cover pot base,add diced garlic cloves,stir fry till almost brown and aromatic for 10secs,add tomato puree,add rineed bay leaves, stirfry for 1min,add seasoning cube,Curry masala,stir fry till oil forms on top,add meat stock,lil more water enough to cover rice level
  3. Bring to boil,add jollof seasoning,when it boils,add rice,Please don't stir,just use a wooden spatula to spread rice evenly from top
  4. Let it boil covered,taste jollof stock to adjust with salt or seasoning,even spice of choice,add diced green beans evenly to rice mixture,never stir it
  5. When water dries and it's not done,cover with foil paper for 10mins
  6. Remove foil paper,add Capsicum
  7. Stir well but don't press like eba 🀣🀣🀣🀣with wooden spatula
