  18. 1 Spring Onion (chop finelly)
  19. 3-4 Celery leaves
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1. In a big wok put enough oil, keep the flame on.
  2. Add garlic and saute then add veggies and stir fry.
  3. Add schezwan paste, vinegar and pepper powder toss well
  4. Add rice and toss nicely add spring onions and serve as you make
  5. For Schezuan Paste:
    Soak red chillies in hot water for an hour. Blend chillies with capsicum, sugar, celery leaves, vinegar, chilli powder and salt.
    In a pan put sesame oil keep on flame. As it heats up add ginger and garlic saute
