- When water starts boiling add washed rice in it and cooked it 90 percent only. When it cooked drain it in sieves

- Cut all vegetable in same ways. Now, take handi type pan. Add oil, keep it on medium flame. When oil heated add onion and garlic- ginger paste



- Saute properly than add cabbage and capsicum. Let them cooked. After they 90 percent cooked. Add Soya sauce, Red chilli sauce, ketchup, coriander seeds powder, kitchen king masala and rice


- Mix well. Cover it with lid and cooked it for 5 minutes at low flame. After mins. Garnish it with spring onion. Fried rice is ready to serve
