- Prepare chicken by adding ingredients from 1 to 6.marinate it for 15 mins and cook.

- Now give coal dum and keep it covered until you use it.
- In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and Stir fry vegetables adding them one by one starting from cabbage, carrots and capsicum.now add soya sauce, red crushed chilli and salt.give it a good mix and keep aside.

- Assembling: layer rice, vegetables, bbq chicken, sauce.on top sprinkle some green onion.
