- 1/4 Bowl Raisins
- 1 Bay leaf

- 3 Tbsp Ghee
- 1.5 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Instructions to make to make Rice (Pulao)
- Take a kadhai add 1.5 litre water. When the water boiled add rice, sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1tbsp oil. Cook the rice and drain water. Keep it's aside in a cool place.



- Take a pan add 1 Tbsp ghee then add paneer. Cook when turn into brown. Cut the carrot and capsicum into a small size.



- In a kadhai add ghee then add bay leaf, red chilli, cloves and roast it. Add cashews and raisins roast it few minutes. Then add all vegetables and 1/2 tbsp salt and mix it 2-3 minutes. When vegetables roasted well add rice, 1/2 tbsp salt and paneer. Mix everything well. Pulao is ready to serve. Serve hot with raita, chole, shahi paneer etc and enjoyyy.......😊😊
