  2. 1 large tomato
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 1 tsp each of rai, jeera, daliya daal, urad dal, salt red chilli
  6. 3 tsp olive oil

  8. Half capsicum, carrots, tomatoes, olives and 1 banana
  9. 1 fresh coconut

Steps to make to make Rice sevaiyan

  1. Boil 2 litres of water. Add rice sevaiyan. Close the lid and switch of the gas.
  2. After 10 minutes drain water and keep aside sevaiyan. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil on them.
  3. Chop alll the vegetables very fine.
  4. Heat a non stick pan. Add 2tsp oil, rai, curry leaves, jeera, urad dal, daliya dal.
  5. Add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry gor 2 minutes. Add ginger, salt and chilli powder. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add drained sevaiyan and mix it gently. Cover for 2 minutes and cook on medium heat.
  7. Remove from gas and serve immediately along with some salad and fruit.
  8. Also serve fresh coconut water you quench the thirst
