- Spring onion
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- For Assembling:
- Chicken
- Fried veggies
- 1.5 cup Boiled rice
- 250 grams Boiled spaghettis
- Prepared sauce
- For tarka
- 1/3 cup oil
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 3 green chillies
Instructions to make to make Singaporean Rice
- Add chicken in a bowl and add allspices and sauces. Then add oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute then and add chicken cover it and let it cook
- Now for sauce take a bowl and and mayonnaise chilli garlic sauce garlic powder and milk and mix well
- Then boil rice by adding salt and put aside then boil spaghetti as well wash with cold water and add 2tbsp of soya sauce and left
- The add oil in a pan add all veggies and fry them for 3 to 4 mints then add salt and put aside
- Now start layering add layer of rice then fried veggies and spaghettis then add mayo garlic sauce and then heat oil add green chillies and garlic cloves and fry them and pour a tarka over rice and serve..
