- Knead all the parda ingredients well and let them for rest for 25 minutes.Take a big ball of dough and flatten it in a thick but big chapati.
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add onion slices to light brown add vegetables and cook till tender biryani masala toss it well switch off the flame
- In a clay pot on the bottom first spread spread vegetable mix and than layer rice.Spread some brown onion on top
- Spread mint leaves on it and again repeat the layer in same process.sprinkle salt and some of the,biryani masala.
- Dissolve food colour in milk and spread it on the top.sprinkle desi ghee and lastly stretch the edges of chapati or dough and close it in center.
- Now grease with little oil.bake it in preheated oven at 180° or in stove oven till golden in colour on top.
- After browning give rest for 2 minutes and than de mould it carefully.cut carefully and ready to serve with raita and tomato chutney.parda is also eaten as naan,so it's a complete meal to enjoy.
