- Once rice done remove it on strainer and allow it to cool.in pan add oil.once hot add chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.


- Take out garlic from oil.in the same oil put spring onion saute add capsicum,carrot,cabbage, green peas one by one and saute till becomes soft.



- Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, chopped green chillies,salt mix well, add 1 tspoon white vinegar.mix well and add cooked rice.



- Mix well and cook for ten minutes.take out in serving plate add burnt garlic and green onions.
