  11. 1 chicken cube
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  14. Oil as required
  15. Water as required

  17. 1 n1/2 cup boneless chicken cubes cut
  18. 1 tsp ginger paste
  19. 1 tsp garlic paste
  20. Salt to taste
  21. 1 tbls soya
  22. 1 tbls vinegar
  23. 1 tsp black pepper
  24. Oil for fry

  26. 1/2 cup cornflour
  27. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  29. 2 egg cooked
  30. 1 tbls yellow color

  33. 1 tsp garlic paste
  34. 1/2 cup ketchup

  36. 1 tsp black pepper

Steps to make to make Chinese Rice with Manchurian

  1. Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.
  2. Boiled rice with salt pepper and chicken cube if there is 1kg rice that is = 2glass then you have to need 4glass water keep it a side
  3. Take a pan add oil fry Onion,then add cabbage,carrots, capsicum and sautรฉ it for 5-6m add then add soya and vinegar mix well along with add salt and pepper,cover it for 5m more
    After 5m it's ready for mix in rice
  4. Cover it for 5more then add boiled chicken cook it for white add water if required
  5. Take another utensil add cooked veggies add boiled rice over it, then sprinkle cooked egg, and yellow food color add the sprinkle green onion(it's optional) and keep it on dum
  6. Marinate chicken with above ingredients and let it rest for 10-15m
  7. After marination coat it with corn flour, maida and pinch of salt and fry it with little bit oil over medium heat.
  8. When it's turn golden in color take it out from oil.
  9. Take an other pan add oil heat it add ginger garlic paste cook it for a while then add fry chicken add ketchup, salt,pepper,chilli sauce,add water if required and keep it on medium flame first then low your heat and cook it for 5-10m
  10. Add corn flour slury gradually add capsicum (it's optional) and stir it continuously cook it until you achieve your desire consistency(thickness)
  11. Romove it from flame and serve with your favorite fried rice
